The Features tab provides information and management functions for products, packages, discounts, pricing plans and contracts which are assigned at the account level. Features assigned at the service level are listed on the Services tab.
The main body of this tab lists the features assigned to the selected customer account. The following controls are provided below the Features list:
Options... | Launches the Catalog Items Display Options dialog. See Options. |
Advanced Wizards | Menu of wizards for disconnect, reconnect, and change order operations which are not dependent on the current selections in the features list. |
Show Disconnected Features | Lets you show or not show disconnected features. |
The features list displays the following information:
1st column | An icon depicting the type of feature. See Catalog Item Icons. |
Product ID | System-generated ID that uniquely identifies this Feature. |
SKU | The SKU or vendor number, if applicable. |
Feature Name | Text string that describes the feature. |
Charge | Charge value. |
Qty. | Quantity of this feature. |
Frequency | Billing cycle frequency (weekly, monthly, and so on). |
Billing Status | Billing or Not Billing. |
Start Date | Start date for the feature. |
Tax Class | Name of the tax class, if applicable, or displays “No Tax Class Assigned.” |
USOC | USOC value from the product catalog, if applicable. |
End Date | End date for the feature. (Blank, if there is no end date.) |

Not all columns listed above are visible to all users. The display is based on configuration settings by market type.
To view the details of any feature, double-click the corresponding row.

To view the details for products within a package, first double-click the package to show the products within.
To add new features to a customer account, see Adding Features and Services.
To manipulate a feature in any way, right-click on that row, and select the appropriate action from the submenu. These are described in Catalog Item Submenu Options.

The specific actions available on these menus are covered in the remainder of this chapter. The menu options vary depending on the type of catalog item and its status.
