You can disconnect a single feature or several features at the same time.
To disconnect a single feature:
In the Services or Features tab, right-click on the feature and select Disconnect.

Disconnected features are not displayed on the Services tab if the Show Disconnected Features check box is unchecked at the bottom of the screen. If checked, disconnected features are indicated by an icon that is grayed out.
To disconnect several features:
Click the Advanced Wizards menu button and select Disconnect Features.
In both cases the Disconnect Order Information window is displayed.
Select the Order Type from the drop-down list.
Select an Est. Completion date, if applicable.
Select a Disconnect Date, if different from the current date.
How you complete the procedure depends on whether you're disconnecting a single feature or several features, and the method used to open the Disconnect Order Information window:
If you opened the window by right-clicking a feature, check Review Order Before Submitting to display the Review and Submit Order window, then click Finish. This displays a confirmation box. Click Yes to confirm the change.
If you opened the window via the Advanced Wizards menu button, click Next >. This displays the Disconnect Features Criteria window. Select the items under Product Type that you wish to disconnect, and verify the associated Feature Locations and Assigned Features, then click Next > to display the Complete the Disconnect Catalog Items Order page. Click Finish to submit the order.
