To add a Change Order for an existing catalog item:
Select the Services or Features tab, depending on type of catalog item you are changing.
Right-click on the catalog item and select New > Change Order.
OR
From the Customer window menu bar, select Account > New Change Order.
Note
The Change Order option is only displayed if permissions have been enabled.
This displays the Change Order Wizard.
Select the Order Type, Est. Completion, and Change Method. By default, the order type should display “Change Order”.
Click Next. This displays the Review and Submit Order window.
Make any changes as required and click Finish.
