Viewing Summary Details for a Current Customer

The Summary tab on the Customer window provides summary-level customer information organized by the following categories:

Primary Customer Contact

Name

Name of the primary contact for this customer.

Company

Name of the primary contact’s company.

Street 1

Primary address of the customer.

City/State/Zip

Name of the city, state, and zip code of the customer.

email

Primary customer contact email address for the customer.

Country

Country of the individual or company address of the customer. The default value, USA, is assumed in the Country field.

Customer Attributes

Displays attributes for this customer if applicable. Attributes are used to enter company-specific data not tracked in the IDI platform as standard. For example, you may require a customer to provide a secret word to use when they forget their password. Typically attributes are configured by IDI per your requirements.

Main Billing Number

The primary phone number used for billing.

Language

Designates which language the customer prefers for personal contacts and printed bills. Printed bills in languages other than English require customization by your company.

Sales Channel

The member of the sales staff responsible for the sale to this customer account. The information is used for computing and reporting commissions.

Currency

The currency type (for example, “USD”/US Dollar, and so on.).

CPNI Information

Last Invoice Information

Invoice # Link

The number of the most recent invoice that was sent to this customer. Click to view the Invoice window.

Invoice Date

The date the invoice was generated for the customer.

Total Amount

The total amount due as displayed on the most recent invoice.

Usage / Free Units

Click to view the Usage Summary window if applicable.

Retained Journals, Follow-ups and Trouble Tickets

The bottom portion of the Summary tab displays all journal entries, follow-ups, and trouble tickets that are marked as retained.
