You can select specific journal entries to appear on the Summary tab in Customer Management, that otherwise would only appear on the Journals tab.
To perform this step:
Click the Journals tab in the Customer window.
Right-click on the journal entry to be displayed, and select Display on Customer Summary Tab. This makes the journal entry appear in both the Summary and Journals tabs in the Customer window.
Removing Journal Entries from the Summary Tab
To remove a journal entry from the Summary tab in the Customer window, from either the Summary tab or the Journals tab:
Right-click on the journal entry and select Remove From Customer Summary Tab.
This removes the journal entry from the Summary tab in Customer Management. The journal entry can only be viewed from the Journals tab.
