Note
Your company may have configured a specific number of months worth of information to be displayed, such as the last three months. You can override this by changing the date range. The lower pane lists unposted transactions:
Note
Transaction Date - Date the transaction was completed. For payments, date and time are shown in eastern time as they are processed on the server. For adjustments and other transactions, dates and times are converted from server (eastern) time where the events are processed and shown in IDI Desktop Client local time where they are being viewed. This is consistent with other date/time presentations in the Client.
Transaction Type - The type of transaction - payment, adjustment and so on.
Description - Description entered for the transaction when the transaction was added.
Amount - The amount to be paid or adjusted.
Generally, once a payment or adjustment has been posted, the transaction is read-only. The only transactions that may be edited are blocked payments and adjustments, or payments that are part of an open controlled batch.
