Pending Retail Items

Pending Retail Items displays a list of items waiting to be pulled and shipped to customers. The items are listed by SKU and Fulfillment Request allowing you to pick multiples of a single retail item type (SKU) before opening the specific fulfillment requests to update their statuses.

To view the Pending Retail Items list:

1. From the Applications menu, select POS Front Office > Fulfillment and Return Receiving > Pending Retail Items Requests. This opens the Pending Fulfillment Requests window.

   This window displays information about retail items with statuses of Submitted, Partially Picked, Picked, Partially Packed and Packed.

   Status Filter

   The Status Filter lets you choose the status(es) you want to view.

   

   1. Check the statuses you want to see and clear the check boxes of those you do not want to see.

      Retail Items can have one of the following statuses.

      Status	Meaning
      Submitted	The retail item is waiting to be picked, packed and shipped.
      Partially Picked	If multiples of the item were requested, only a portion have been picked.
      Picked	The retail item has been picked, that is, taken from its storage location, but not yet packed. If multiples of an item were requested, they have all been picked.
      Partially Packed	If multiples of the item were requested, only a portion have been packed.
      Packed	The retail item has been packed for shipment. If multiples of an item were requested, they have all been packed.

   Status icons

   The first column displays a visual indicator of the current status of the retail item. The following valid statuses describe where the retail item is in the fulfillment process.

   Icon	Status	Meaning	Description of icon
   	Submitted	The retail item is waiting to be picked, packed and shipped.	Orange circle
   	Partially Picked	If multiples of the item were requested, only a portion have been picked.	Orange circle
   	Picked	The retail item has been picked, that is, taken from its storage location, but not yet packed. If multiples of an item were requested, they have all been picked.	Green circle
   	Partially Packed	If multiples of the item were requested, only a portion have been packed.	Yellow check mark
   	Packed	The retail item has been packed for shipment. If multiples of an item were requested, they have all been packed.	Green check mark

   Transaction Date

   The Transaction Date is the date and time the Fulfillment Request was created.

   Receipt Number

   The Receipt Number is the tracking number associated with the Fulfillment Request. This number is created when the system creates the Fulfillment Request. The number is based on the store abbreviation and register of the Sales Request location.

   SKU

   The SKU is the identifier of the item type as defined in CostGuard's Product Catalog.

   Status

   The first column displays a visual indicator of the current status of the retail item. The following valid statuses describe where the retail item is in the fulfillment process.

   Icon	Status	Meaning	Description of icon
   	Submitted	The retail item is waiting to be picked, packed and shipped.	Orange circle
   	Partially Picked	If multiples of the item were requested, only a portion have been picked.	Orange circle
   	Picked	The retail item has been picked, that is, taken from its storage location, but not yet packed. If multiples of an item were requested, they have all been picked.	Green circle
   	Partially Packed	If multiples of the item were requested, only a portion have been packed.	Yellow check mark
   	Packed	The retail item has been packed for shipment. If multiples of an item were requested, they have all been packed.	Green check mark

   Requested

   Requested displays how many of the associated retail item are included in the fulfillment request and have not been picked. For example, if the customer ordered two batteries, this field would display 2.

   Picked

   Picked displays the number of retail items that have been picked and are waiting to be packed.

   Packed

   Packed displays the number of retail items that have been packed and are waiting to be shipped.

   Remaining

   Remaining displays the number of retail items that have not been picked.

   Store

   The Store is the location where the Sales Request was created.

   Fulfillment Location

   The Fulfillment Location is the "store" where the associated sales request is filled.

   From this window you can Edit a Fulfillment Request.
