Use Pending Fulfillment Requests as a quick way to find Fulfillment Requests waiting to be worked.
To find Fulfillment Requests waiting to be fulfilled:
From the Applications menu, select POS Front Office > Fulfillment and Return Receiving > Pending Fulfillment Requests. This opens the Pending Fulfillment Requests window.

This window contains the same information and actions as the Fulfillment Request Search Results window, but it is filtered to display only fulfillment requests with statuses of Submitted, Partially Picked, Picked, Partially Packed or Packed.
Note:
There is an override to any user limit-to's that allows users to perform a POS front office transaction that involves collecting a payment from a customer. This includes make sale transactions, sales requests, tender paymen, and equipment swaps, as well as sales return transactions. So, even though you may not have permission to access other account information, you can perform these transactions in CostGuard.
