The Fulfillment Request Search Results window displays all the Fulfillment Requests matching your criteria.

Note:
There is an override to any user limit-to's that allows users to perform a POS front office transaction that involves collecting a payment from a customer. This includes make sale transactions, sales requests, tender paymen, and equipment swaps, as well as sales return transactions. So, even though you may not have permission to access other account information, you can perform these transactions in CostGuard.
The upper portion of the window lists the Transactions and their related statistics.

status icons
The first column displays a visual indicator of the current status of the fulfillment request.

Transaction Date
The Transaction Date is the date and time the Fulfillment Request was created.
Receipt Number
The Receipt Number is the tracking number associated with the Fulfillment Request. This number is created when the system creates the Fulfillment Request. The number is based on the store abbreviation and register of the Sales Request location.
Store
The Store is the location where the Sales Request was created.
Fulfillment Location
The Fulfillment Location is the "store" where the associated sales request is filled.
Entered By
Entered By is the individual or system process that created the fulfillment request.
Fulfillment Type
The Fulfillment Type specifies how the sales order will be fulfilled.
Request Status
The Request Status is the current status of the Fulfillment Request. See Fulfillment Request Statuses.
Account Number
The Account Number is the subscriber's account number in CostGuard.
Customer Name
The customer's name as it appears on the account.
Reference Number
The Reference Number on a Fulfillment Request is the distributor's tracking number.
Note
The Note is supplementary information added to the fulfillment request.
Order ID
The Order ID is number of the order associated with the fulfillment request.
Order State
The Order State is the stage the order has reached in its execution plan. Order States are set up in Admin Console under Data Management.
Last Modified
Last Modified is the most recent date and time the fulfillment request was changed.
Last Modified By
Last Modified User is the individual or system process who most recently changed the fulfillment request.
The following actions are available from the shortcut menu on a selected Transaction:
View Transaction - View Transaction opens the Edit Fulfillment Request window where you can view the statistics of the fulfillment request and update the information.
Void - Not available
Cancel
You can cancel a Fulfillment Request only if it has a status of Submitted.
Note:
If a third party location fulfills your company's requests, a message box reminds you to notify that location of the cancellation.
Reports
Currently there are no reports available.
View Customer - View Customer opens the customer record on the Orders tab.
- View Order opens the Order Search Results window displaying statistics about the related POS order.
View Order
View Order opens the Order Search Results window for the customer.
The Order Search Results window displays basic information about the order associated with the transaction.

Resume Order
If a Sales Request has a status of On-Hold, Resume Order opens the Make Sales Request window for that selected transaction. This lets you continue working with that sales request. See Selecting Catalog Items.
If a Sales request has a status of Incomplete, Paid in Full or Fulfillment Pending, Resume Order opens Edit Order Wizard for the selected transaction. This lets you make changes to the Order, but not the Sales Request. In this case, you would need to create a new Sales Request to make changes.
The lower portion of the window lists the Transaction Details of the transaction selected in the upper portion and all the details' related statistics.

Receipt Number
The Receipt Number is the tracking number associated with the Fulfillment Request. This number is created when the system creates the Fulfillment Request. The number is based on the store abbreviation and register of the Sales Request location.
Item Number
The Item Number is the line number of the associated item as displayed on the Orders tab of the customer record and as it appeared on the Make Sales Request window.
SKU
The SKU is the identifier of the item type as defined in CostGuard's Product Catalog.
Description
The Description of the item as defined in the Product Catalog.
Service Number
The service number is the MDN associated with service being provided.
Quantity
The quantity is the number of items of the related SKU purchased, such as four batteries.
Unit Price
The unit price is the amount charged for one item of the related SKU.
Billed Amount
The Billed Amount is the amount charged to the customer at billing time, such as Calling Plans and Caller ID.
Extended Price
The Extended Price is the total amount charged for the line item calculated by multiplying the Unit Price by the Quantity purchased.
Serial Number
The Serial Number is the unique identifier of the handset or SIM card.
Return Reason
The Return Reason is why the item was returned, if applicable.
Note
The Note column displays notes added to the Fulfillment Request on the Edit Fulfillment Request window.
