In order to modify an existing service address, the following permission must be enabled in your Permission Profile (Application > CostGuard Client > Service Address Management > Edit).
You can modify an existing service address from any of the following locations within the IDI Desktop Client:
Service Address Search Results window. In the Service Address Search Results window, either double-click on the service address or right-click on the service address and select Edit. See Service Address Search for more information.
Customer Information window in the New Customer Wizard. You can edit the service address displayed in the Service Address field by clicking the selector button
to the right of the Service Address field and selecting Edit Address. See New Customer Wizard for more information. Add Services window in the Add Service(s) & Feature(s) Wizard. You can edit the service address displayed in the Service Address field by clicking the selector button
to the right of the Service Address field and selecting Edit Address. See Adding Services for more information.Service Address Associations window, which can be accessed from a variety of locations. In the Service Addresses section of the Service Address Associations window, right-click on the service address and select Edit Address. See Service Address Associations for more information.
New Service Address window, which can be accessed from a variety of locations. Click Apply to add the new service address and display the Edit Service Address window for the service address you just added. See Adding a Service Address for more information.
Service Number window displayed when you request to edit a service. Click the Service Addresses tab, right-click on the service address and select Edit Address. See Assigning/Editing a Service for more information.
To modify an existing service address:
Use one of the methods described above to display the Edit Service Address window.
Make the desired changes. See Adding a Service Address for information regarding each input field.
Click Save to modify the service address and close the Edit Service Address window
OR
Click Apply to modify the service address and leave the Edit Service Address window open.
