The Service Address Associations function lets you manage service addresses associated with the services in a customer account. You can access the Service Address Associations function from any of the following locations in the IDI Desktop Client:

From the Customer window menu bar select Account > Service Address Associations.

Customer window - Services tab. Right-click on the service and select Properties > Service Address Associations.
Use one of the methods described above to display the Service Address Associations window. This window lists all of the service address associations for the specified customer. You can view these associations by service or by service address. Select the desired view from the View Mode drop-down list provided in the Service Address Associations window.
When you close the Service Address Associations window, the system remembers the last View Mode you used. The next time you open the Service Address Associations window, it opens in that View Mode.
Note
If you open the Service Address Associations window by right-clicking on a service in the Services tab in the Customer window, By Service View Mode is used regardless of the last View Mode you used. The service selected in the Services tab is highlighted in the Services section of the Service Address Associations window.
