Customer form

The Customer form is the focal point for managing customer accounts.

The Customer form has five functional areas for customer management

Title Bar

The title bar indicates the name and account number for the selected customer.

Header

The header provides other account information. See Header.

Menu Bar

The menu bar provides a wide range of customer management functions including editing customer information, changing bill cycle, adding services and features. See Menu Bar.

Toolbar

The tool bar lets you create and use custom toolbars. See Toolbar.

Tabs

Several tabs provide access to specific functional areas for managing a customer's account. See Tabs.

Disconnect/Reconnect

• In addition to the functional areas described above, you can
  disconnect the current customer

• reconnect the current customer
