The purpose of the security saturation search is to either:
Identify accounts that need CPNI data
Identify accounts that have CPNI data
To perform a Security Saturation Detail Search:
Access Applications > CPNI > Security Saturation Search

You can make selections to specify search criteria, or you can leave the defaults to see all accounts and their CPNI data -- either included or missing -- for all available dates, billing cycles, account types and statuses.
Search criteria:
CPNI Data: Missing/Contains
Check the appropriate check box to indicate whether you want to find accounts that are either missing or contain:
an account password
authorized users
an authorized user password
a security question & answer
PIN Creation Date
Select a date range to find accounts with previously created PINs, by either:
checking the From and To box and indicate a specific date range
leaving the boxes unchecked to check all historical data
Account Establish Date
Select a date range of previously established accounts, by either:
checking the From and To box and indicate a specific date range
leaving the boxes unchecked to check all historical data
Billing Cycle
Select from one of the available billing cycles to include only accounts in that cycle.
Account Type
Select from the available account types, such as business, residential, etc.
Account Status
Select from the available account statuses, such as active, disconnected, etc.
Internal Marketing
This is company specific.
External Marketing
This is company specific.
Exclude Disconnected Accounts…
Select a check box to either:
exclude disconnected accounts from a past date, or to
exclude those with a future disconnect date.
Click Clear to clear the fields and start over.
Click Search to continue.
The Security Saturation Search Results window is displayed.

From here you can select a single customer to receive a PIN, or you can send PINs in bulk.
