Notification Audit Search

The CPNI Notification Audit Search allows a user to search through the various notifications that have been sent out based upon the selected criteria.

To perform a Notification Audit Search:

  • Access Applications > CPNI > Notification Audit Search.

  • Check the criteria on which you want to search:

    Notification Type

    Check Account Change, Pin Request, both, or neither.

    This will search for a change made to:

    • Account Password

    • Authorized Users

    • Authorized User Password

    • Security Questions and Answers

    • Billing Contact name tab

    • Address tab

    • Billing Contact e-mail address

    User Name

    Check any, all, or none of the listed users

    Delivery Method

    Check Email, Letter, SMS, all, or neither

    Notification Date

    Select a date range, or leave blank

    Account Number

    To search for notifications made to only one account, enter the account number.

  1. Click Clear to uncheck your selections and start over

    OR

    Click Search to look for the requested audit searches.

Notification Audit Search Results

The Notification Audit Search Results displays a row by date and time for every notification that has been sent to a customer that matches the searched criteria.

The only action that can be taken on this window is the standard Sort, Filter and Find function.

Date

Date and time that notification was sent

Account Number

Number of the recipient account

Notification Type

Type of notification sent: either Account Change or PIN

Delivery Method

Method of delivery: either letter, SMS, or e-mail

User

ID of the person who sent the notification

CPNI Notification History ID

Chronological ID number of the notification

Cust ID

ID number of the customer receiving the notification

CPNI Notification

ID for the type of notification

CPNI Delivery Type

ID for the type of delivery for the notification
