The CPNI Address History Search can be used to review all of the address changes that have been made to the main billing contact record. An authorized user can monitor these and then accept or reject them.
To perform a CPNI Address History Search (to review address changes):
Access Applications > CPNI > CPNI Address History Search

Include the criteria on which you want to search:
Modification Date
From:
Leave blank or access the drop down calendar to select a From date
To:
Leave blank or access the drop down calendar to select a To date
Account Number
Enter a customer's account number to locate that account
Customer Name
Enter a customer name to locate an account by name
3. Click Search to continue.
The CPNI Address History Search Results window is displayed.
From here you can accept or reject an address change.

Accepting or Rejecting an Email Address Change
To accept or reject an email address change:
On the CPNI Email History Search results window, right-click a row and select either Accept or Reject to change the address change status.
