The security saturation report displays an overview of how many accounts have CPNI Data versus how many accounts do not. It can be used to determine which accounts need to be contacted for CPNI compliance.
To run a Security Saturation Detail Report:
Access Applications > Reports > Report Explorer > CPNI (folder) > Security Saturation Search.
Check the appropriate check boxes to exclude past and/or future disconnected accounts.
Click OK to run the report.
Security Saturation Report Results
This report displays:
Total number of accounts
Total number of accounts that have CPNI data
Percentage of all accounts that have CPNI data
Number of accounts that have a PIN but no CPNI data
