Sending PINS to Multiple Customers

To send PINs to multiple customers you need to first perform a Saturation Search:

1. From the Security Saturation Search results window, highlight the row of a customer whom you want to receive a PIN.

2. Press and hold the Control key to select multiple accounts.

3. Still holding down the Control key, right-click and select Send PIN.

   The Send PIN prompt is displayed.

   

4. Click Yes to send the PINs.

   Note

   If a PIN or PINS cannot be sent for some reason, a follow-up is generated for the designated user group.
