Country Groups are used in conjunction with dialed digits during rating to determine the country and region of a call.
The Country Group table populates drop-down lists in Countries and Regions in Data Management and Pricing Plans in Product Catalog.
To set up and maintain the Country Group table:
Under Data Management double-click Country Group. This displays the Country Group window.
The Country Group window contains the following information.
Country Group ID
System-generated identifier that uniquely identifies the country group name.
Description
Country Group name.
