Adding/Editing a Retail Product

To add a new retail product to the product catalog:

From the Applications menu, select Product Management > Product Catalog.
- To add a new retail products, right-click in the right side of the form and select New > Retail Product.
- To edit an existing retail product, locate the product you want to edit, right-click it and select Edit.
At a minimum, enter a SKU and a Description.
Make any additions or changes to the header fields and tabs listed below and click Save.

Header Fields

SKU - Stock Keeping Unit, a unique part number. This field is required.
Description - Descriptive name for the product, such as the handset or device model. This field is required.
Alias - A name for the product that can relate it to another system.
Alt Invoice Desc - An additional description for a product to display on an invoice.
