New Product - Web Sales Tab

The Web Sales Tab lets you specify product information that appears in OnlineAgent and OnlineBill.

To add or update the information:

1. Click the Web Sales tab.

   

2. Add the appropriate information.

   Web Name	Name of the item as it appears in OnlineAgent. Recommended maximum characters: 38.
   Web Price	Price as it appears in OnlineAgent. This field is for display only. It is generally used to display what the price of the item will be after all promotions have been applied. Note This price is not the same as Charge on the Main/Availability tab. The order and General Ledger use the Charge amount, not the Web Price amount.
   Web Price Description	Additional information as it pertains to the Web Price, such as the web price is based on a 2-year agreement, or the price is a monthly fee. Recommended maximum characters: 25.
   Product Web Description	Additional information about the item as it appears in OnlineAgent. Maximum number of characters: 255. Best Practice: Include the SKU or the product Description in the Product Web Description field. This helps when troubleshooting OnlineAgent order flows.
   Product Highlights	Three main selling points appearing next to the item in OnlineAgent. Recommended maximum characters: 25
   Product Comparisons	Four fields listing items that are comparable with the selected item. Note Currently not in use.

3. Click Save.
