Make Room in Phone Book or Remove Product

Phone Book window is displayed in the Wizard.

Clicking Next to proceed displays the Special Number Error window.

This window shows the number(s) which cannot be added and instructs you to do one of the following:

• Remove existing phone book entries as needed to make room OR

• Remove the product from the order.

  You cannot complete the order without doing one of the above.

  Clicking OK on this window takes you back on the phone book window.

Make Room in Phone Book or Add Product w/o Entries

Same as above, except that you are not required to remove the product if you choose not to make room in the phone book. In this case, as many numbers associated with the product are added to the phone book according to rank. The product is then added without adding the remaining special numbers to the phone book.
