Customer Care provides a historical view of Orders on an account, with access to a detail view for each Order. Orders are classified as simply Orders or Billing Orders. The term Order refers to the building and provisioning steps for completing an Order. The term Billing Order refers to an Order that has been converted to billing status by the Workflow Billing Status Update Action.
