Billing Orders Search

To search for Billing Orders, click on the drop down next to the shopping cart icon and select Billing Order.

This displays the Billing Orders Search page. This page lets you search for Billing Orders by Account Number, Customer Name or Order ID. Clicking More Options provides fields for searching by Order Type, Status, user that created the Order, Receipt Number, and/or Created From/To range.

From the Search Results:

• Clicking on an Account Number takes you to the Summary page in Customer Care (in a separate tab).

• Clicking on a Billing Order ID takes you to the Billing Order page in the Orders.

  Note:

  If Billing Orders functionality is disabled for the Orders web Module (see Billing Order Setup), clicking a Billing Order ID takes you to the Billing Order in Customer Care.

  You can list the Billing Orders search results in descending ID order (default), or ascending ID order.
