To display the Order History page choose the Orders > Order History option from the Customer menu.

The Order History page has tabs for viewing both Billing Orders and Orders on the account.

You can display an alternate view of Order information by hovering over the far right column and clicking the Information icon.

The left and right arrows in the upper left and right corners of the Order Information form let you page back and forth through the Order Information views for all Orders listed in the History.
From the Order History page, you can also display the Order Details for a specific Order (or Billing Order), by clicking the Order ID link in the left column.

Note
From the Billing Orders tab, clicking on a Billing Order ID takes you to the Order Details in Customer Care. From the Orders tab, clicking on an Order ID takes you to the Order Details in the Orders web application.
