Working with E-Pay Accounts

Prev Next

E-Pay is a licensable feature that lets you configure recurring and nonrecurring credit card and ACH (checking/savings) accounts for your customers. E-Pay can also generate one time credit or debit batch transactions on these accounts. If you have permission, you can charge or credit a customer's credit card in real-time. E-Pay is integrated with the Accounts Receivable module, where you can load these transactions and send them to your company's credit card processor.

This section shows you how to set up your customers' ACH bank or credit card accounts, and shows you how to process transactions with Authorize.Net or Shift4 (whichever is your credit card processing company) in conjunction with the Accounts Receivable module.

Note

Your company must have a relationship with the credit card processing company before you can use the E-Pay functionality.
