Service Number Search Results

To display the Service Number Search Results window do one of the following:

Perform a Service Number Inventory Search (Applications > Inventory Management > Service Number Inventories > Search Inventories), where the selected Search Results Type is Service Numbers.
Perform a Service Number Inventory Search (Applications > Inventory Management > Service Number Inventories > Search Inventories), where the selected Search Results Type is Service Number Blocks. In the resulting Service Number Block Search Results window, right-clicking on a service number and selecting View Service Numbers.

Open Service Number Blocks, right-click a row in the Service Number Blocks window (Applications > Inventory Management > Service Number Inventories > Service Number Blocks), and select View Service Numbers.

Note
The same service number can belong to multiple inventory groups; therefore, the same service number may appear in multiple rows in the search results. You have the capability to sort/filter the results by Inventory Group.

The Service Number Search Results window provides the following information:

Inventory	Name of the inventory to which this service number belongs.
Service Number	Service number being reported upon.
Inventory Status	Current inventory status for this service number.
Inventory Group	Name of the inventory group to which this service number belongs.
NRUF Category	NRUF category assigned to this service number for reporting purposes.
NRUF Sub-Category	NRUF sub-category assigned to this service number for reporting purposes. Note This field is disabled, if the inventory does not require NRUF reporting.
Status Change Date	Date and time of the last inventory status change for this service number.
Available Date	Date and time this service number is available for assignment.
Block Owner	Identifies the owner of the service number block to which this service number belongs.
Ported To	If this service number was ported to another switch/carrier, this field identifies the switch/carrier it was ported to.
Ported From	If this service number was ported in from another switch/carrier, this field identifies the switch/carrier that owns this service number.

Menu options available from the Service Number Search Results window:

Edit	Modifies an existing service number. See Editing an Inventoried Service Number.
Delete	Removes an existing service number if its status is *Available* or *Not Available*. See Deleting an Inventoried Service Number.
Retire	Retires an existing service number if its status is *Available* or *Not Available*. See Retiring an Inventoried Service Number.
Reinstate	Reinstates a service number if its status is *Retired*. See Reinstating an Inventoried Service Number.
Reserve	Revserves a service number if its status is *Available*. See Making Service Number Reservations.
Cancel Reservation	Cancels a service number's reservation if its status is *Reserved*. See Canceling Reservations.
End Aging	Stops the aging process of a service number if its status *Aging*. See End Aging.
View History	Displays a service number's inventory history. See Viewing Service Number Inventory History.
View Service Number Block	Opens the Service Number Block Search Results window for the service number's associated block. See Service Number Block Search Results.
Add Additional Service Numbers	Opens the Add Additional Service Numbers Wizard. See Adding Service Numbers to Inventory.

The Service Number Search Results window provides an Actions button in the bottom left-hand corner of the window that lets you to perform the following functions:

Note
Filter out any service numbers that you do not want to modify, as the bulk functions modify all service numbers that are displayed in the Service Number Search Results window at the time of your request.

Bulk Edit Service Numbers	Modifies the service numbers displayed. See Bulk Editing Inventoried Service Numbers.
Bulk Reserve Service Numbers	Reserves the service numbers displayed using the Reserver Service Number Wizard. See Bulk Reserving Service Numbers.
Bulk Cancel Reservations	If any of the service numbers currently displayed in the Service Number Search Results window are reserved, this action cancels the reservations. See Bulk Canceling Reservations.
Bulk End Aging	If any of the service numbers currently displayed in the Service Number Search Results window are aging, this action changes those service numbers' statuses to *Available*. See Bulk End Aging.
