A roaming agreement is a contract made between two wireless service providers that contains rating information for calls made by one carrier's subscriber roaming onto another carrier's network. They specify charges that one carrier will owe to the other.
The IDI platform has a Roaming Agreement specification that is created in the Product Management application and assigned to the Company SID/PMN-Partner SID/PMN Roaming Agreement. You may have more than one Roaming Agreement with each Roaming Partner, depending on the contract(s) your company has made.
To create a Roaming Agreement specification:
Create a Roaming Agreements folder with the proper Limit-To configuration. See Setting a Limit-To On a Folder.
Add a Roaming Agreement specification to that folder.
