The Roaming Agreement Audit lists roaming agreements and their associated partner-level pricing plans.
To view the Roaming Agreement Audit:
From the Applications menu, select BackOffice Management > Roaming > Roaming Agreement Audit. This displays the Roaming Agreement Audit Criteria window.
The Roaming Agreement Audit Criteria window displays the following information:
Partner Account #
Returns a list of existing roaming agreements with those partners who meet this criteria.
Accepts wildcards.
Partner Name
Returns a list of existing roaming agreements with those partners who meet this criteria.
Accepts wildcards.
Home SID
Returns a list of existing roaming agreements containing this Home SID.
Partner SID
Returns a list of existing roaming agreements containing this Partner SID.
Display All Home/Partner SID Combinations
Displays all possible SID combinations, including those of carriers who are not Roaming Partners.
Account Status
Status of the Roaming Partner account (active, inactive).
Enter the criteria for the search.
Click Search. This displays the Roaming Agreement Audits window.
The Roaming Agreement Audits window displays the following information:
Partner Acct #
Roaming Partner's account number.
Partner Name
Roaming Partner's name.
Roaming Agreement
SID-SID combination denoting the roaming agreement.
If empty, a roaming agreement does not exist for this Home SID-Partner SID combination.
Company SID
Home SID of the roaming agreement.
Partner SID
Number of the Roaming Partner's SID.
Partner Level Plan(s)
Pricing Plan assigned at the account (partner) level.
Charge Daily Access Charge Amount
Amount of the daily access charge assessed for the Roaming Partner's subscribers' use (outcollect) of your service.
Effective Date
Effective date of the Roaming Agreement.
Disconnect Date
End date of the Roaming Agreement.
Billing Status
Status of the roaming agreement: Billing or Not Billing.
Last Modified
Most recent date that the Roaming Agreement was modified.
User ID
Last person who modified the Roaming Agreement.
Account Status
Current status of the Roaming Partner account.
