The IDI platform uses the term “Roaming Partner” to designate a carrier that your company has an agreement with to transmit calls when a subscriber initiates a call from an area that is not part of his home SID. The Roaming Agreements assigned to a Roaming Partner determine the prices charged for outcollects to that carrier.
To view Roaming Partners:
From the Applications menu, select BackOffice Management > Roaming > Roaming Partners. This displays the Roaming Partners window.

The Roaming Partners window contains the following information:

A green check mark indicates that the carrier name of all the associated Partner SIDs/PMNs is the same as the roaming partner's customer name (Partner Name).
A yellow check mark indicates that the carrier name of one or more Partner SIDs/PMNs is NOT the same as the roaming partner's customer name (Partner Name).
