Duplicating Roaming Agreements

If your pricing plans are assigned at the roaming agreement level, duplicating a roaming agreement with the correct pricing plan may be faster than assigning pricing plans to each new roaming agreement.

1. From the Services tab of a Roaming Partner, right-click the roaming agreement (displayed as a SID-SID combination) you want to copy and select Duplicate. This displays the Order Information window of the Duplicate Agreement Wizard.

   

2. Enter the appropriate information and click Next. This displays the Duplicate Agreement window. You'll see different fields depending on whether you are duplicating a SID-SID agreement or a PMN-PMN agreement.

   

   The Duplicate Agreement window displays the following information:

   Company SID/PMN	Your company’s SID/PMN that is to be part of this agreement. Once the number has been entered and you click in another field or press <Tab>, the system enters the Carrier Name.
   Partner SID/PMN	The roaming partner's SID/PMN that is to be part of this agreement. Once the number has been entered and you click in another field or press <Tab>, the system enters the Carrier Name.
   Billing Status	Select the appropriate billing status for this agreement.
   Effective Date	Enter the effective date of this agreement. Default = current date
   Disconnect Date	The date the agreement ends.
   Add button	Adds the SID-SID / PMN-PMN information to the list in the lower section of the window.
   Clear button	Clears the editable fields for new entries.

3. Enter the Home SID/PMN of the new roaming agreement.

4. Enter the Partner SID/PMN of the new roaming agreement.

5. Click Add.

   The list in the lower portion of the window includes the SIDs and dates of the new Roaming Agreement combinations.

   Note:

   If you wish to go back and change or add roaming agreement information, click Back. If you add a new roaming agreement, a yellow check mark is displayed next to that agreement. This indicates that the agreement is in the list, but has not yet been added to the order. An agreement with a green check mark indicates an agreement that has been added, is in the list, and is in the order. A red check mark indicates an agreement that has been added to the list and to the order, but was canceled.

6. Once all of the combinations for the new roaming agreements have been entered, click Next. This displays the Add Service-Level Features window.

   The new roaming agreements are listed in the Order area. The new roaming agreements include the same pricing plans and/or features that were assigned to the original roaming agreement.

   

7. Click Next. This displays the Order Options window.

8. Select Review Order to see the order before you submit it.

   OR

   Select Submit Order to submit the order without reviewing it first.

9. Click Finish. This adds the order to the roaming partner account.
