Assigning Roaming Agreements

Assigning Roaming Agreements is done on the Services page of the Add Service(s) & Feature(s) Wizard.

Each SID-SID combination must have a separate Roaming Agreement. (For GMS services, these will be PMN-PMN combinations.)

Example: If your company has two SIDs (123 and 124) and you have an agreement with Wireless Company A (also with two SIDs, 987 and 986) to carry their subscribers on your system, you must assign a Roaming Agreement for each combination. You would need to assign four agreements:

• SID123-SID987

• SID123-SID986

• SID124-SID987

• SID124-SID986.

  If you are charging the Roaming Partner the same price for all SIDs/PMNs, you would assign the appropriate Pricing Plan at the Roaming Partner level. If your contract with the Roaming Partner requires different prices for the different SID-SID, PMN-PMN combinations, you would need to assign the different pricing plans as a child of each of the Roaming Agreements.

  

1. Right-click on the Roaming Agreement and select Assign. This displays the Roaming Agreement Detail window. See Roaming Agreement Details.
