The Roaming Agreement Detail window varies slightly between GSM (PMN) and CDMA/TDMA (SID) roaming agreements. The SID roaming agreements to not have a TAP Settings tab, but the PMN roaming agreements do. (See Roaming Agreements - TAP Settings)
The Main tab of the Roaming Agreement Detail window displays the following information:
Network Type | Select either SID or PMN from the drop-down list. |
Company SID or PMN | Your company’s SID or PMN (Home) that is to be part of this agreement. Once the number has been entered, the system enters the Carrier Name. |
Company SID/PMN Carrier Name | The system populates this field when you enter the Company SID/PMN in the Company SID/PMN field. |
Partner SID/PMN | The roaming partner's SID/PMN that is to be part of this agreement. |
Partner SID/PMN Carrier Name | The system populates this field when you enter the Partner SID/PMN in Partner SID field. |
Billing Status | Select the appropriate billing status for this agreement. |
Effective Date | Enter the effective date of this agreement. Default is the current date |
Disconnect Date | The date the agreement ends. |
Outcollects | |
Apply Daily Access Charge | If selected, access charges are generated during outcollect processing. |
Amount | Enter the amount of the daily access charge. This is available only if Apply Daily Access Charge is checked. |
Next Batch Sequence # | The next batch sequence number to be sent to Syniverse for outcollecting this SID-SID pair. |
Incollects | |
Allow Daily Access Charge | If selected, daily access charges from your Roaming Partner are passed on to your subscribers. (Applies to SID agreements only; is grayed out for PMN agreements.) |
Next Batch Sequence # | The next batch sequence number expected to be received from Syniverse for this SID-SID or PMN-PMN pair. |
Click Save to save the details of the Roaming Agreement.
Note:
A SID-SID combination cannot have overlapping active Roaming Agreements.
To view the SID table showing only the Company SID and Partner SID, click the Actions button and select View Assigned SIDs. This displays the SIDs table.
Click OK, then Next.
Select the features you would like for the specified services.
Note If you are charging your Roaming Partner different rates for different SID-SID combinations, you should assign the different pricing plans to the appropriate Roaming Agreements here.
To automatically assign the feature without viewing the edit dialog box, right-click on the desired feature and select Fast Assign. To view the details for the selected feature first, select Assign.
Note:
View Configuration is only enabled for packages that have been configured.
Click Next. This displays the Select Existing Services screen.
Select the service numbers that require the addition of features, and click Next. This displays the Add Service-Level Features screen.
Select the appropriate services and click Next. This displays the Add More... screen.
Note:
Features can still be added at this point in the wizard by entering the appropriate search criteria or selecting the Browse tab and adding a feature from the list.
Select Add More Features to Customer and click Next to view the Add More Features screen.
Select Add More Services and click Next to view the Add Services screen.
Select Review Order and click Next to review the order before submitting it. If selected, the Review and Submit Order screen is displayed.
Select Submit Order to submit the Order without viewing it.
Click Finish to exit the wizard.
