If the roaming agreement's Network Type is PMN, TAP settings must be entered after the Roaming Agreement has been assigned to the roaming partner. This is done on the TAP Settings tab of the Roaming Agreement Detail window.

The TAP Settings fall under four categories:
Voice
Transfer Voice | If checked, allows the transfer of voice calls on the TAP Interface. If unchecked, no voice outcollects are generated. |
Voice Test Date | The Voice Test Date is the date after which Test Voice (TD) are generated by the IDI ClearingHouse. |
Voice Live Date | The Voice Live Date is the date after which the production voice (CD) files are generated by the IDI ClearingHouse. |
Data
Transfer Data | If checked, allows the transfer of data events on the TAP Interface. If unchecked, no data outcollects are generated. |
Data Test Date | The Data Test Date is the date after which test data (TD) are generated by the IDI ClearingHouse. |
Data Live Date | The Data Live Date is the date after which the production test (CD) files are generated by the IDI ClearingHouse. |
Miscellaneous
Create Outcollect Notification Files | When checked, a single notification is created each time the IDI ClearingHouse is run for this partner if there are no calls to outcollect. |
Fraud Threshold | This is a dollar amount, based on the PMN-PMN agreement. (It can be zero.) |
Outcollect Zero Charged Record Types specifies which record types should be transferred when they are zero rated.

SMS Mobile Originated | When checked, zero rated SMS Mobile Originated records included in TAP outcollect files |
SMS Mobile Terminated | When checked zero rated SMS Mobile Terminated records included in TAP outcollect files. |
Mobile Originated | When checked, zero rated Mobile Originated records are included in TAP outcollect files. |
Mobile Terminated | When checked, zero rated Mobile Terminated records are included in TAP outcollect files. |
Data | When checked, zero rated Data records are included in TAP outcollect files. |
