The Mismatched Roaming Agreements report lists any roaming agreements with a Partner SID/PMN that does not match the roaming partner name as it was imported from Syniverse.
A Mismatched Roaming Agreement will not affect the billing process, but it will cause difficulties with the creation of new roaming agreements.
This report also lists roaming agreements where the Company SID is not noted as a Company SID in the SIDs table. For example, if your company purchased another company (whom you partnered with previously), you would need to make this change in the SIDs table.

Fixing a Mismatched Roaming Agreement
Depending on the type of mismatch, follow one of these procedures.
If the name in the suggested Roaming Partner column is not an existing partner with you:
Follow the steps to add this name as a new roaming partner. (See Adding a Roaming Partner.)
Create the new Roaming Agreement for all SID combinations.
Assign the pricing plan to cover the partner either at the Customer level (if one plan covers all the agreements) or the Roaming Agreement level.
If the name in the Suggested Roaming Partner column is an existing partner with you:
Disconnect the existing roaming agreements under the old partner.
Add the agreements under the Suggested Roaming Partner.
Notes:
Remember to use the correct date when disconnecting and adding these agreements.
If the move results in a different Pricing Plan being needed for these agreements, add the correct Pricing Plan at the roaming agreements level.
