The Roaming Partner Account wizard is used to populate basic roaming partner information.
To add a Roaming Partner Account:
From the Roaming Partners window, right-click a row and click New.
Select either:
PMN Roaming Partner (GSM)
or
SID Roaming Partner (CDMA/TDMA).
This displays either the New SID Roaming Partner Wizard or the New PMN Roaming Partner Info window.
Both Roaming Partner Account windows display the following information:
Partner Name
Name of the roaming partner.
Click the ellipsis button

to select the Partner Name. This displays the Select Roaming Partner Name window.
Select the roaming partner's name from the list.
Click OK. The carrier's name is entered as the Partner Name.
Account #
IDI account number assigned to the Roaming Partner.
If left blank, the system supplies it when you complete the wizard.
Account Type
Type of account. Select the appropriate type from the drop-down list.
Account Status
Status of the account. Select the appropriate status from the drop-down list.
Default = Active
Establish Date
Date that the account is established.
Default = Current Date
Disconnect Date
Date the account is disconnected.
Main Billing Number
10-digit phone number of the account.
Bill Cycle
Billing Cycle that stores the usage.
Last Name
Last name of the primary roaming partner contact.
First Name
First name of the primary roaming partner contact.
Company Name
Company name of the primary roaming partner contact.
Street 1
Street 2
Street address(es) of the primary roaming partner contact.
City / State / Zip
City, state, and ZIP Code of the primary roaming partner contact.
Country
Country of the primary roaming partner contact.
Default = USA
Usage Rounding Option
Since Roaming Partners are never "billed," this field is not used and you can accept the default.
Pricing Plan
Either leave blank or select a plan by selecting the ellipsis button and choosing one.
Parsed Address
This link opens the Parsed Address window to enter parsed address information. See Adding a New Customer.
Validate Address
This link verifies that the city, state and ZIP Code agree.
If you select the check box, the system checks the city, state and ZIP Code when you click Next.
Enter the appropriate information and click Next. This displays the Roaming Agreements window of the New Roaming Partner Wizard.
