Creating a Roaming Agreement Specification

Generally, you need to set up only one Roaming Agreement specification in the Product Catalog. The details are entered when the Roaming Agreement is assigned to the Roaming Partner.

1. Right-click the Roaming Agreement folder and select New Child > Roaming Agreement. This displays the New Roaming Agreement window.

   The New Roaming Agreement window (Main tab) displays the following information:

   ID	Unique identifier for the Roaming Agreement. If left blank, the system assigns the ID.
   Description	Name of the Roaming Agreement.
   Alias	Provides a way of linking products to the products of another system. Maximum characters: 50.
   Available Date	Date that the product becomes availfor assignment. The date format is MM/DD/YYYY.
   Default Billing Status	Default Billing Status of the product when assigned to an account: Billing or Not Billing.
   Discontinue Date	Date that the product is no longer available for assignment. The date format is MM/DD/YYYY.

2. Add the relevant information.

3. Click the Attributes tab.

4. Select the appropriate Attribute Definition from the drop-down list. For information about the Notes and Attributes tabs, see Adding New Products.

5. Click Save to create the new Roaming Agreement specification. This adds the specification to the Product Catalog list as a child of the Roaming Agreements folder.
