Editing a Fulfillment Request

Use the Edit Fulfillment Request window to record and view shipping information, the status of the items to be shipped and programming information.

You can reach this window from the following Fulfillment Request windows:

• Fulfillment Request Search Results

• Pending Fulfillment Requests

• Pending Retail Items

• Pending Programming

• Pending BrightStar Fulfillment

  This window contains basic information about the Fulfillment Request and the Sales Request, in addition to various tabs used to update information about the items being shipped. You can see some information about the Retail Items, Programming and Notes tabs by observing the tab labels.

  Shipping Information tab

  Retail Items tab

  The label of the Retails Items tab includes the number of items packed or shipped. "(3 of 5)" means three of the five requested items have either been packed or shipped.

  Programming tab

  The label of the Programming tab includes the number of handsets programmed. "(1 of 2)" means one of the two requested handsets has been programmed.

  Notes tab

  The label of the Notes tab indicates whether additional information has been entered. "Notes*" (with an asterisk *) means someone has entered information that may be helpful.
