The label of the Retails Items tab includes the number of items packed or shipped. For example, "(3 of 5)" means three of the five requested items have either been packed or shipped.

The Retail Items tab displays the requested retail items in two sections, serialized items and non-serialized items . This window lets you track the progress of the items to be shipped.
non-serialized items
The non-serialized items section displays information about retail items that do not use serial numbers, such as batteries or adapters.

SKU
The SKU is the identifier of the item type as defined in CostGuard's Product Catalog.
Status
The Status describes the stage the line item has reached in the delivery process.
Requested
Requested displays how many of the associated retail item are included in the fulfillment request and have not been picked. For example, if the customer ordered two batteries, this field would display 2.
Picked
Picked displays the number of retail items that have been picked and are waiting to be packed.
Packed
Packed displays the number of retail items that have been packed and are waiting to be shipped.
Remaining
Remaining displays the number of retail items that have not been picked.
You can perform the following actions on a non-serialized line item:
Edit - Opens the Edit Non-Serialized Fulfillment Line Item window so you can log the number of items picked and packed.
Set Status To - Lets you set the status of the item to one of the available statuses.
serialized items
The serialized items section displays information about retail items requiring serial numbers, such as handsets and SIM cards. You must enter the serial numbers into the system to track them.

SKU
The SKU is the identifier of the item type as defined in CostGuard's Product Catalog.
Status
The Status describes the stage the line item has reached in the delivery process.
Class
Class is a type of product, such as Handset or Insurance, used to group like items together for accounting and promotions. Classes are set up in Product Management as Product Categories.
Serial Number
The Serial Number is the unique identifier of the handset or SIM card.
Shipping Provisioning Type
The Shipping Provisioning Type specifies whether the handset or SIM card is being shipped provisioned (hot) or unprovisioned (cold).
To change the serialized item's status to Picked, you need only add the serial number.
Unprovisioned (Cold)
If the handset is to be sent Unprovisioned (Cold), use the Retail Items tab to change the item's status to Packed.
Provisioned (Hot)
If the handset is to be sent Provisioned (Hot), you can change the item's status to Picked either on the Retail Items tab OR on the Programming tab.
Checking the Programming Completed check box on the Programming tab changes the item's status to Programmed.
Once the item has been programmed, you can change its status to Packed either on the Retail Items tab or the Programming tab.
You can perform the following actions on a serialized line item:
Edit - opens the Edit the Serialized Fulfillment Line Item window so you can enter the serial number.
Note:
You can also enter the serial number using the Programming tab.
Set Status To - lets you change the status of the line item to one of three statuses.
