Edit a Non-Serialized Retail Item

To keep track of how many of the requested non-serialized retail items have been picked and packed:

1. Right-click the non-serialized retail item and select Edit. This opens the Edit Non-Serialized Fulfillment Line Item window.

   This window displays the following fields:

   SKU

   The SKU is the identifier of the item type as defined in CostGuard's Product Catalog.

   Requested

   Requested displays how many of the associated retail item are included in the fulfillment request and have not been picked. For example, if the customer ordered two batteries, this field would display 2.

   Picked

   Picked displays the number of retail items that have been picked and are waiting to be packed.

   Packed

   Packed displays the number of retail items that have been packed and are waiting to be shipped.

   Remaining

   Remaining displays the number of retail items that have not been picked.

2. If you have picked an item(s), enter the amount you picked in the Picked field. This decreases the number displayed in the Remaining field by the amount you entered.

3. Click OK. This closes the Edit Non-Serialized Fulfillment Line Item window and displays the number you entered in the Picked column.

   OR

4. If you have packed the item(s), subtract the number of items you packed from the Picked field and enter the amount you packed in the Packed field. This decreases the number displayed in the Picked field by the amount you entered.

5. Click OK. This closes the Edit Non-Serialized Fulfillment Line Item window and displays the number you entered in the Packed column.
