Customer Care | FR 2891 | Customer Field Configuration Rules on Add/Edit Customer – A new MANAGE menu option lets users establish rules for configuring selected fields on the Add/Edit Customer form. Depending on the field, rules can specify whether the field is required or restricted, and establish defaults. Rules can be based on Account Type, Status or User Group as applicable. |
FR 2891 | New Edit Customer Permission – Lets users edit an existing customer but not create a new account. The existing Manage Customers permission that grants both Create and Edit permissions on accounts is still available. | |
FR 2904 | Service Summary View Enhancements – The Service Summary view on the Customer Summary page now includes Service Type and Installment Plans. | |
FR 2913 | Equipment Swaps – The Services & Features page actions now include a Swap Equipment option that opens the Orders module in a separate tab. Also, all applicable actions are now available under a drop-down menu rather than as buttons. | |
