The Change Reasons tab displays changes made to the service number. The following change types can be displayed on this tab:
Acct Spending limit
Disconnect
Hotline
Redirect
Suspend
Swap Equipment
The Change Reason tab provides the following information:
Change Date
Date and time the change took place.
Change Type
Kind of change made.
Change Reason
Reason for the change.
User
Individual who entered the change.
Status
Event that initiated the event, such as Order or the provisioning command status.
