To add a Calling Group Product to the Product Catalog:
Follow the steps in Adding New Products.
Select “Calling Group” from the Product Class drop-down list.
Once you have saved the product, you must designate which Service Types to include in the group.
Right-click on the Calling Group product and select Calling Group Rules. The list of associated service types is displayed.
Right-click in the data grid and select New. The Add Service Type dialog box is displayed.
Select the appropriate service type and click Save to add the service type to the calling group list or Cancel to return to the Calling Group Rules list without including the service type.
Notes:
When assigning a Service Type to a customer, you must assign a Pricing Plan that contains rates for the Intra-Group usage type with that service.
The Pricing Plan associated with the service number must include rates for the Intra-Group usage type.
