Calling Group products are used to link customers together to rate usage between those customers at a special rate. For example, if customer “Acme Buffalo” and customer “Acme Atlanta” are both assigned a Calling Group product called “Acme East,” calls from “Acme Buffalo” to “Acme Atlanta” are rated differently than calls from “Acme Buffalo” to other numbers in Atlanta.
