From this page you can view all Contact details, add a new Contact, edit any one of the existing Contacts, or delete certain Contacts. This view has additional hotspots to view/attach documents (paper clip) display a map to the address, and show linked service details (if applicable).

How to Access
You can access the Contacts page:
from the Contacts InfoPanel on the Account Summary. Clicking on the Primary Customer Contact displays details for just that contact. Clicking
displays the details for all Contacts on the account. (Show picture)

from the Customer menu by choosing Account > Contacts.

Account or Service Contacts
Use the Account and Service links to display a list of Account or Service Contacts. The quantity of each is indicated below its respective link.

Add/Edit
To add a new Contact click New. To edit an existing one, select the Contact from the list on the left and then click Edit.

Enter name, address, and other contact information in the Add/Edit dialog.

Considerations
State and country are not required
The default Country value (Manage Settings) is not used
On editing an existing contact, the contact type cannot be changed.
On editing an existing contact, any changes to the address information will require you to re-validate.
Invalid values for state and country do not need to be changed
If the country is blank, and the state is valid, the country will be derived from the state when the edit page is opened
Search
You can search for other Contacts by type, name or company via the Search field.

Delete
Users with Manage Contacts permission can delete a contact in Customer Care. This is limited to contacts that are not a Primary Customer Contact or a Primary Billing Contact. Contacts can be deleted when they are not associated to any of the following:
E-Pay Account
Order
Service
Ticket (plus Ticket technician)
For users with Manage Contacts permission, a DELETE button is available on the Contacts page. Note: The button is not displayed for:
Primary Customer Contact
Primary Billing Contact
Contact has linked services

Clicking DELETE displays a Yes/No confirmation dialog that lets you confirm the delete action.
If the contact cannot be deleted due to association with an E-Pay account, order and/or ticket, an informational dialog is displayed indicating the reason the contact cannot be deleted.
