This InfoPanel displays the Primary Customer Contact. From here you can drill down for additional details, display additional contacts, add new contacts, and edit existing contacts. The Primary Customer Contact is displayed by default. If other contacts exist on the account, you can display those by clicking the blue + icon.

Clicking on a contact displays additional contact details. This view has additional hotspots to add/edit a contact, view/attach documents (paper clip) display a map to the address, and show linked service details (if applicable).
