If the customer has purchased a serialized retail product with associated warranties, you can see a list of those warranties.
Open the customer record.
From the customer's View menu, select Warranties. This displays the list of the customers warranties.
This window includes the following information:
Service Number
Service number associated with the serialized retail product containing the warranty.
SKU
Retail product's SKU.
SKU Description
Retail product's description.
Equipment ID
Retail products serial number.
Receipt Number
POS receipt number for the sale of the retail product.
Finalized Date
Date the warranty went into effect.
Warranty Name
Name of the warranty as set up in Product Catalog.
Warranty Expiration Date
Date the warranty expires.
Warranty Term
Length of the warranty in days.
Warranty Description
Description of the warranty as set up in Product Catalog.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Text of the warranties terms and conditions.
