You can use the Treatment Queue to view the items across batches in the order that they will get processed by the queue processing job. The items in the queue are all the actions that are currently submitted and belong to a batch which is currently approved.
To access the Treatment Queue form, from the Applications menu, select Treatment Management > Treatment Queue. This displays the Treatment Queue form.

The system determines the order the actions are displayed by following these rules:
Find the highest priority item(s).
If two items have the same priority, the oldest item will be considered a higher priority.
Assign that item the highest (or next highest) overall priority.
Find all the items linked to that item.
Items are considered linked if they are affecting the same customer and are assigned to the same batch.
Assign the linked items the next highest priorities according to their rank.
Repeat until all items are assigned a priority.
Shortcut Menu Options
From the Treatment Queue, you can access the the following shortcut menu options.
Cancel - Cancels the currently selected actions. This option is only available when at least one of the selected actions has a status of Submitted and only acts on those items which are Submitted.
Perform Now - causes the selected actions to evaluate. Note this option can be used prior to approval and will cause the associated batches status to change to In-Process. If this option is used prior to approval, the remaining items within the batch will not enter the queue until the entire batch is approved.
