Treatment Configuration lets you configure one or more automated treatment scheduled jobs. Standard scheduled job configuration parameters subject to configuration include the job frequency (hourly or daily) and the days (Monday through Sunday) on which to run the job. Additional configuration options include the workbook, whether to auto-approve actions, the workbook priority, account types, bill cycles, and collection statuses.
To access Treatment Configuration, select Treatment Management > Setup > Treatment Configuration from the Applications menu. This displays the Treatment Configuration form.

This form lists all existing treatment jobs' associated information; it also displays whether or not the jobs are enabled. From this window you can perform the following Treatment Job functions.
Delete - Right-click the treatment job to be removed and select Delete.
Run - To run the selected treatment job automatically, right-click the job and select Enable.
If the treatment job is already enabled, you can disable the job. Right-click the job and select Disable. The job will not run automatically, but can be run manually. To run the treatment job immediately without waiting for the scheduling service, right-click the treatment job and select Run Now.
