Synchronization Sequence

Check for special numbers currently in the phone book.

Check for special number products on the order or already on the service.

Delete unnecessary special numbers including numbers that have been disabled.

Update special numbers on the phone book to match the values on the special number products.

Check for missing numbers.

If there are missing numbers, check if there is space to add all missing numbers in the phone book.

1. If yes, add the numbers

2. If no, add as many numbers as possible based on their rankings, as long as all required numbers can be added.

   For special number products that are required, the numbers on that product are only be added if there is enough room for the entire product. If there is not enough room, none of the special numbers on that product are added.

   For special number products that are optional, the numbers on that product are added on an individual basis, until the maximum phone book size is reached.

   Note

   No optional special numbers are added if there was not enough space for all of the required special numbers.

3. If there are multiple products, they are ordered as follows:

   1. Required special number products are added first.

   2. Products are added based on the date they were added to the service. Older products are added before newer products.

   3. Special numbers within the same product are added based on their rank inside that product.
