When applying this functionality via SDK, the behavior is the same as when using the Actions > Refresh function.
The phone book sample project has been updated. In addition to requesting a URL, username, password, environment, it now lets you choose between performing an update or performing a synch. The update performs the existing phone book update logic. The new synch option prompts for a service ID. It then performs a refresh on that service.
